Refund policy

At MERSONNE we want you to feel completely happy with what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return window You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging included.

How to start a return Email us at hello@mersonne.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll confirm the details and send you instructions for sending the item back to us.

Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you by email and issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days, though your bank or card provider may take a little longer to show it on your statement.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges We don't currently offer automatic exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, email us and we'll do our best to help — usually by processing a return and helping you place a new order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@mersonne.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items Gift cards and items marked as final sale at the time of purchase cannot be returned or refunded.

Your statutory right of withdrawal (EU customers) If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, under EU consumer protection law. This right exists alongside — and does not limit — the 30-day return policy above; whichever is more generous to you applies. To exercise this right, simply contact us at hello@mersonne.com within the 14-day period.
