Shipping policy

Here's what to expect once you've placed an order with MERSONNE.

Where we ship We currently ship within the European Union. We hope to expand to more regions soon — if you're outside the EU and want to order, email us at hello@mersonne.com and we'll see what we can do.

Delivery times Orders are shipped from Austria. Once dispatched, standard delivery within the EU typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

These are estimates, not guarantees — delivery times can occasionally be affected by customs, weather, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order details.

Order tracking Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it on its way to you.

Lost or missing packages If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, or your tracking shows an issue, email us at hello@mersonne.com and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
